Payphone Temporarily Out of Service Flags

These Vintage Payphone Temporarily Out of Service Signs KS7991, NS7991 from The Bell Telephone Company of Canada. W.L.P. Co from Bell System and MD 2860 from Independent Telco’s are crafted from metal. Measuring 5″ x 3″ and featuring a 1/2″ mounting slot, these signs are intended to be mounted over the 3-coin slot located on the top of the payphone. The vintage 1930’s flag Form E 158 is 2 sided cardboard flag measuring 4″ X 5″ featuring a string to be hung from the coin slot. These are designed for use on coin collectors that are either not ready for service or temporarily out of service.
